I’m Dr. Nida Najmi

A Clinical Pharmacist and Certified Anticoagulation Specialist with 17 years of experience in patient-centered medication therapy management. Over the years, I have witnessed a critical gap in anticoagulation care in Pakistan, where thousands of patients on blood thinners struggle with improper dosing, lack of awareness, and inadequate monitoring.

To bridge this gap, I founded Pakistan’s first Online Anticoagulation Management Service, providing personalized care, medication adjustments, dietary guidance, and education—all from the comfort of a patient’s home. My goal is simple yet vital: every individual on blood thinners in Pakistan should receive optimized care, understand their condition, and take control of their health.

I also lead Mahir-e-Adviyat, a groundbreaking pharmacist-led platform dedicated to answering medicine-related queries and educating the public. My work has been recognized with the PSHP Excellence & Innovation Award 2024, but my true reward lies in empowering patients with the knowledge they need to live healthier, safer lives.
